Our goal is to resolve outstanding accounts without resorting to litigation. Our collection strategy begins by establishing contact – via mail and telephone – with the responsible party, addressing disputes, and offering a variety of flexible repayment plans. We also provide skip-trace services to facilitate communication with consumers. 
 

Collection Litigation 

When diligent collection efforts have not resulted in a reasonable payment arrangement or other resolution, pursuing claims in a court setting may be the only available path toward recovery. When this is the case, our attorneys stand ready to protect our clients’ interests. We work closely with our clients to design a process that meets the client’s particular needs. Licensed in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, North Dakota, and Nebraska, we are are able to effectively pursue legal solutions for creditors located in border regions or with locations in multiple states.
